Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival is free. We don't require a deposit.
Arrival in the morning 7:30–8:30. Departure in the afternoon 17:00–18:00 or the next morning 7:30–8:30. Other times by arrangement.
Every day started is charged; if you pick your dog up in the morning, the day of departure is not charged.
Accommodation is paid when you pick your dog up, in cash or by QR code. We recommend bringing your own food at no charge; if we provide food, we charge CZK 30–60 / day depending on the size of the dog. Conditions of stay and documents
Daycare & dog sitting
For people at work who don't want to leave their dog home alone, and for guests of local hotels, the golf resort and spas. Drop your dog off in the morning and pick them up in the evening – just like doggy daycare.

Going to work regularly? With a pass, a full day costs CZK 400 (4 days) or CZK 300 (8 days).
Passes are valid for 3 months from the first day of care and you use them as needed. Dog taxi within Čeladná CZK 100 per trip. Payment in cash or by QR code at pick-up. Other drop-off times are possible by arrangement.
Dog grooming
The complete service includes a bath with FABI professional products, blow-drying, brushing out, a haircut or hand stripping according to coat type, tidying the paws and hygiene areas, nail clipping and ear cleaning.

Dental hygiene – tartar removal

Cleaning with an ultrasonic toothbrush and nano-bubble toothpaste, tartar removal with a scaler and disinfection with a silver gel. A gentle treatment without anaesthesia, taking 30–60 minutes. It does not replace veterinary treatment.

Extra work

- A dog that resists or bites during grooming+50% of the grooming price
- Dog with fleas+50 to 100% of the grooming price
If a dog has fleas, the salon and all tools must be disinfected – hence the higher price. We'll tell you about any extra work in advance or as soon as we notice it. If grooming were to put your dog at risk or be too much for them, we'll stop and let you know straight away.
Maintenance between cuts
Maintenance between cuts includes a bath, brushing out and tidying the paws, muzzle and bottom, plus a light trim of the outline. The price is lower than a complete groom and set individually.
- Prices are a guide and may vary depending on the size of the dog, the type and condition of the coat and the time required.
- We always do a complete groom including a bath – we don't do haircuts only.
- Please don't feed your dog before grooming, and take them for a toilet break.
- Please don't bathe your dog for at least 3 weeks before hand stripping.
